• If accepted, payment is due within 1 week. If payment is not made by the deadline, you will be moved to the wait-list. • Payment is non-refundable. • Markets occur rain or shine, except in the case of severe weather. No refunds are issued for weather related cancellations. • Vendors are responsible for supplying all aspects of their display. No tables or chairs are provided (unless told otherwise). • It is the vendor's responsibility to possess a current PA tax ID number and sales license, and to collect all applicable taxes (if you are selling taxable items). • Vendors are also responsible for insuring their merchandise as Creatively Lancaster is not responsible for any items that are lost, damaged, or stolen. • If you're selling any regulated goods, you must have current documentation that meets the government regulations for your products.
